1) Who we are
Anapa Logistics, LLC is a licensed and bonded transport brokerage coordinating vehicle, trailer, boat, RV, and heavy-equipment shipments through vetted motor carriers.

2) Quotes & pricing policy
No deposit until pickup is confirmed.
Payment is due after pickup is confirmed (once we assign a carrier and provide driver details/pickup ETA).
Quotes are based on route, distance, timing, vehicle/equipment type, running condition, and market rates. Rates may change if details change (e.g., size/weight, operability, added items, access limits, date windows).
Accessorial fees (e.g., winching, forklifting, storage, redelivery, detours, tolls, limited-access pickup/delivery) are billable if required.
3) What we do (broker role)
We are a broker, not a motor carrier. We contract qualified carriers to perform transport. Carriers maintain their own operating authority, safety compliance, and cargo liability coverage.
4) Scheduling & pickup windows
Typical pickup window is 1–5 business days from readiness unless otherwise noted. Delivery ETAs are estimates and can vary due to weather, traffic, DOT inspections, mechanical issues, or customer access constraints.
5) Vehicle/equipment condition & contents
The shipper is responsible for accurately describing the unit’s size, weight, and running condition.
Passenger vehicles should contain no more than ~100 lbs of properly secured personal items. Personal contents are not covered by cargo insurance.
Heavy equipment must be free of loose attachments unless disclosed and secured.
6) Loading & access
Shipper must provide safe access for a large truck/trailer. If the location is not truck-accessible, a nearby meeting point may be required (e.g., wide street or parking lot).
7) Inspections, photos & eBOL
At pickup and delivery, carrier will document condition with photos and an electronic Bill of Lading (eBOL). Please review and note any exceptions before signing. Signed “received in good condition” indicates no visible issues at delivery.
8) Coverage options
Carrier cargo liability applies per the carrier’s policy and terms.
Optional Worry-Free Guarantee ($199): Shipper’s-interest coverage (vehicles up to $100,000 declared value) that supplements carrier coverage and speeds claims handling. Deductible $100 per claim. Coverage requires accurate declaration and pre-shipment photos. (Ask us for full summary of benefits & limits.)
9) Damage & claims
Report any concerns at delivery on the eBOL and capture clear photos.
Notify Anapa Logistics in writing within 24 hours: andy@anapalogistics.com.
We’ll coordinate the claims process with the appropriate carrier and/or the Worry-Free Guarantee provider (if purchased). Approved claims are typically paid within 7 days of approval (minus any deductible).
10) Cancellations, delays & layover
Before a carrier is assigned: cancel anytime at no charge.
After a carrier is assigned/pickup is confirmed: a cancellation or failed pickup fee may apply (to cover carrier deadhead or time lost).
Waiting time, storage, or redelivery caused by access issues, vehicle inoperability, missing keys, or unavailable contacts may incur fees.
11) Payments & fees
Payment is due after pickup is confirmed (same language as §2).
Accepted methods: Zelle, bank transfer, cashier’s check, or other methods agreed in writing. Business accounts may be invoiced if pre-approved.
Past-due balances may accrue late fees and reasonable collection costs.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anapa Logistics’ liability is limited to the amount of brokerage fees paid to Anapa for the specific shipment. Carrier liability is governed by the carrier’s cargo policy and the BOL.
13) Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate information; ensure the unit is ready; arrange release/receipt by an adult; retain copies of the eBOL and photos; follow claims instructions promptly.
14) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Venue and jurisdiction lie with the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
