    • When will my pickup be scheduled?
      After you approve the quote, we match the route and assign a carrier. Typical pickups are 24–72 hours for popular lanes.

    • Do you handle non-running vehicles?
      Yes. Mark “Not Running” on the quote so we assign the correct equipment.

    • Is my shipment insured?
      Yes. All partner carriers maintain active cargo insurance as required by FMCSA.
      Note: Our optional Worry-Free Guarantee ($199) is available for consumer vehicles (cars, motorcycles, boats, RVs), not heavy equipment.

    • Will I get photos and paperwork?
      Yes, geo-tagged photos at pickup and delivery, plus eBOL and status updates.

    • How do I track my shipment?
      We provide real-time GPS updates and direct communication with dispatch for ETAs.

    • Who do I contact during transit?
      You’ll have your dispatcher’s number and the carrier’s contact once assigned. Our main line is (208) 450-3555.

    • Do you ship motorcycles, RVs, and boats?
      Yes, nationwide. We also transport ATV/UTV and trailers.

    • Do you haul heavy equipment?
      Yes, skid steers, forklifts, compact tractors, mini excavators, small loaders/dozers, lifts, and attachments. Share exact specs for accurate pricing.

    • Can I put items inside my car?
      Up to 100 lbs in the trunk/cargo area is typically allowed. Heavier loads may affect availability. Ask us before pickup.

    • How should I prepare for pickup?
      Remove personal items, turn off alarms, leave ¼ tank of fuel, and provide clear access for loading/unloading.
